Tired is not a personality.
If you already know sleep is the problem, you do not need a lecture. You need to see it clearly, then one small night.
If nights feel unsafe, talk to a clinician.
1
Awareness is half of it.
Short or broken sleep makes everything else louder: mood, hunger, the next day's stall. You do not have to fix your whole life. You have to see this one area.
2
Five honest minutes.
Take the sleep quiz. The result is looks fine / worth a look / loud. That is a mirror, not a medical label.
3
One thing. Not a protocol.
Pick one for 7 days: Same wake time, even on weekends. Or screens off 30 minutes before bed. Skip the 12-step wind-down stack. Small enough to actually do.
4
Knowing compounds.
Do the small thing. Retake the quiz in a week. The point is a calmer read, not a new identity.
5
See where you are.
Start the sleep check below. If nights feel unsafe, talk to a clinician.
