Are the estimates real? They are statistical estimates calibrated to published longevity research, for reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical advice or a prediction of any individual outcome.
How do I turn the death age on or off? Profile tab > "Show death age". It is off by default.
How does Apple Health sync work? It is optional and read-only. Your phone summarizes the last 30 days into daily values; raw samples never leave your device. Revoke access anytime in iOS Settings > Health.
How do I delete my account? Profile tab > Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all synced data.
